Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GreenIT account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely package the item in its original box with all included accessories, chargers, and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
